Ever since I was young in high school, sales have been something that came natural to me. I held jobs selling security systems, commercial weed control, and other various things. It wasn’t until later on in College that I realized Real Estate would and could be a fun and exciting way to modify and adapt my sales skills into a career. I was raised in Lexington, SC and attended Lexington High School. After graduation I attended Newberry College and played football for 4 years. While there, I earned a bachelors degree in business administration. During my senior year I decided to partner with the Chairman of the Board, and we decided to begin a business flipping homes.  It was because of this partnership I decided to get my license selling real estate. I began my career in May of 2007. This proved to be one of the worst times to start a career in flipping homes, or selling due to the recession. After about 6 months of trying to flip homes money was tight so I made the change in my career path from flipping to Real Estate Sales. It was a tough to start because of the recession, but thought that I had to learn quickly how to find and sell. That has paved my way to be a successful agent here in the midlands. 
In 2018 I decided to partner with my dad, Phil Brannan. Together, we have formed, Brannan Properties, a real estate sales team. Our goal is to make high quality customer service common practice and help clients achieve their dreams in housing. We want to make sure every step of every transaction is as smooth and as easy as can be, and ensure our clients are fully aware and understand what is happening during each step. Treating everyone as important as the next, and ensuring everyone is treated as family member is our goal. 
Being in the area for 25+ years our team has the expertise to help a buyer with every sale or purchase. Whether it is on Lake Murray, acreage, residential property, or commercial property, we have the experience needed to ensure you are taken care of.
